How it works
From quote to installed joinery
What happens between sending us your plans and your new windows going in, with lead times, payment and delivery.

- Get a quote. Visit the showroom, call, email or use the quote form. Send plans or drawings, or book a time for us to visit your site and measure. Quotes generally take around five working days. Big or detailed jobs, and jobs that include installation, can take longer.
- Accept and pay the deposit. Sign your quote or accept it by email, and pay a 50% deposit into the bank account on the quote.
- Confirm the details. We confirm the colour, hardware and configuration of every window and door with you.
- Final measure. We book a time with you and your installer for a final measure. It confirms the final size of every unit.
- Ordering and manufacture. We order the materials and make your joinery. Once a job is accepted it generally takes around eight weeks to supply, and longer at busy times, so check current lead times before you go ahead.
- Delivery. Our driver delivers your joinery to the kerb. Beyond that, you’ll need two people on site to take the items.
- Installation. We don’t employ installers ourselves, but we work closely with a builder who can install your joinery for you. Your own builder can install it too.

Paying for your joinery
Accepting your quote comes with a 50% deposit. When the job is complete you’re invoiced for the final 50%. Delays happen, but payment is due for work that’s complete even if you’re not ready for delivery.
Trade accounts
Builders and contractors with a trade account pay on the terms agreed with us. To apply for a trade account, get in touch.
Building consent
Like-for-like replacement windows and doors don’t usually need building consent. Talk your project through with your builder or council to be sure.
